I see different properties at senior living buildings everyday. I can assure you that whatever property management and the owners are doing, they are doing a beyond phenomenal job!
Not only is the environment very welcoming, but even the front end staff are so cordial, friendly (not robotic) and seem to be very easy to speak to.
Its clear that their Maintenance directors, like Erik at the Memory Care and Assisted Living building -OR- Roger, and his team: Saun, Pete, Michael and Gabe, go above and beyond their daily tasks and have a very close relationship with the tenants. The way the staff coordinate and communicate with one another make you want to smile. Whatever issue or task may arise, the maintenance guys are on it like "white on rice". I had the pleasure of seeing atleast 95% of the residents personally, and they all seemed to be so happy, especially the way they greeted the maintenance team and a few of the guys i had the pleasure to be around. When the maintenance team arent doing work orders, they are always looking for the next way to improve the tenants experience, as well as assuring everything is working properly for each and every individual and their concerns. That is paramount, and these guys have it covered, no question. There isnt anything these guys and the staff wont do to make sure the tenants are always happy and feel appreciated.
I see alot of properties that are solely Senior living properties 5 days a week. Whomever the property owners and corporate owners are, they know what their doing. The guys they have working here are a force to be reckoned with. Whether its their customer service, hard work and always striving to improve the tenants experience. Its more of a passion to them, than a workday, if that makes sense. That really says something.

We offer many standout apartment options for seniors joining us at Landon Ridge Alamo Ranch Independent Living. Schedule a tour to learn more about our units with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one bedroom and one bathroom, and three bedrooms with two bathrooms.

Cottages
We welcome seniors to maintain their independence in our on-site cottages spanning 1,462 square feet and 1,464 square feet. We offer two-bed, two-bath cottages with garaging, utility rooms, studies, and patio areas.
Our cottages are pet-friendly, and our cottage residents still have access to the same helpful amenities and services as our apartment-dwelling residents.
Shared Spaces for Fun and Socialization
All residents in our community have countless opportunities to have fun, try new hobbies, and make new friends. We have many shared spaces for fun, socialization, and everyday enjoyment.
